Clean room, nice bathroom with a bidet. Excellent view over city. Ideal and comfortable location, near halal restaurants.

The hotel was situated in the very central location close enough to everything around in a short walk or shorter tuk-tuk ride.

Hotel was stunningly beautiful and quiet, I enjoyed the stay.

The location was good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a long beach. The quadruple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned with a balcony.

The hotel has perfect and nice location next to restaurants, taxis, shops, supermarket, and booking stands close at hand and other areas. Dined at Swiss Chalet, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

We visited this place twice and were impressed both times. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the bustling street and night market. The hotel amenities were impressive, with a gym and pool to relax in after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. this is a great hotel that provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

We did find the second room a bit smaller, but it still met our needs. The only minor issue was that the doors to the balcony were not soundproof, but that didn't greatly affect our stay.

It took me 10 mins to get to the bus station.

Wi-Fi was rather slow also the bed of mine was rock hard.

The location was perfect and marvellous, near to Ao Nang beach, restaurants, taxis, shops, supermarket, and booking stands close at hand, and an alley. Its staff was very nice and accommodating. They gave us big room with balcony.

Grounds were kept spotlessly clean, breakfast was satisfactory. The room I was given was well laid out with good air conditioning, excellent bathroom, as for instance. The hotel had indeed a comfortable and ideal location very close to everything around. I enjoyed pool bar.

One of the advantages - good-sized and well-maintained rooms; they included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet. The hotel had an unbeatable location in a convenient area for all sights in old town. Plus, it was not far from shopping / restaurants, a night market, 7-Eleven, restaurants and Ao Nang beach.

The staff at Glow were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. They even helped me retrieve my lost iPad. The location was within a short walking distance from the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms were modern and clean, and I especially enjoyed the pool view from my superior room. The pool itself was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds available. The breakfast selection was extensive, although the dining area could get crowded at times. I also appreciated the gym facilities, with separate areas for cardio and weight training. Glow provided everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints at all.

The location was marvellous, to various islands, it's a plus.
